Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

To participate, Eligible Contestants must comply with each of the following:

Step 1:
Purchase selected Anchor Cheesy products with minimum spend of RM30 in a single receipt. 
The participating dish/product name (i.e. the Anchor Cheesy Best Seller) must be clearly listed on the outlet Official Receipt number with date of purchase stated during the contest period.

Step 2:
Scan the QR code on the tent card displayed at the cashier at Anchor Food Professional’s participating restaurant/bakery to access the official contest website

Step 3:
You will be prompted to upload a photo of your Official Receipt and submit you contact details on the organiser’s official contest website https://smilewithanchor.com.

Once you have submitted your Official Receipt and contact details, you will be eligible for the Weekly Draw contest. 

Photo submission of Official Receipt must meet the following criteria:
a) Photo must clearly show the date of purchase, name of outlet, Official Receipt number, and participating dish/product name (i.e. Anchor Cheesy Product).

b) Photos must meet minimum visual quality standards. Visible miring, dithering, graininess, blurriness, overexposures, compression artefacts or other degradations to image clarity will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

Step 4:
Play the ‘Spin & Win’ game on the website to win a prize! You will also automatically be eligible to win the Weekly Draw prizes, Consolation Prizes and Grand Prize.

Eligible participants are allowed to participate in the Spin & Win again after 24 hours as long as the criteria is met.

To play Spin & Win game, participants must meet the following criteria:
1) Spend a minimum of RM30 in 1 receipt at any one of Anchor’s participating F&B outlets. 
2) Scan the QR code on the tent card to Upload Receipt (proof of purchase) to participate in Spin & Win.

All entries must be received by the Organiser via https://smilewithanchor.com during the Contest Period (1st October 2020 – 31st December 2020)

Repeated, suspicious and fraudulent entries will be automatically voided and marked as ineligble. Participants who violate the contest T&C will be disqualified from receiving the Guaranteed Prizes, Weekly Draw Prizes, Consolation Prizes and the Grand Prizes.

All gifts (for the Spin & Win challenge and Weekly Draw) will be delivered via Pos Laju to all winners at the end of each month.

To download a digital voucher, click on the ‘Download’ button and input your contact details. You will instantly receive an SMS or email with a link to use the voucher.

To redeem the digital voucher, present the voucher to the cashier at any one of Anchor’s participating F&B outlets. Once a voucher is redeemed it cannot be reused. 

To redeem your downloaded voucher, present this voucher to the cashier upon payment at Anchor’s participating F&B outlets.

The cashier will key in a 6-digit pin code and the transacted amount into the voucher on your mobile device to allow for the redemption of the voucher.

Each diner is entitled to download and redeem ONE digital voucher per participating F&B outlet.

All potential winners for Daily Spin & Win contest, Weekly Draw, Consolation Prize and the Grand Prize, will be selected via a computer random system and verified by the Organiser. Selected winner will be contacted through the number they provided.

Participants of the Spin & Win contest will be immediately eligible for the Weekly Draw Prizes, Consolation Prizes and Grand Prize.

  • If there is reduced travelling flexibility or restrictions due to Covid19, winners can request to change prizes to electronic gadget of equivalent value, subject to Organiser T&C.
  1. The Campaign is open to all patron/diners, except employees of Fonterra Brands (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Management”), employees of concessionaires, advertising agencies, participating F&B outlets and their respective immediate families.
  2. By participating in the Campaign, the participant agrees to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and any rules and regulations of the Campaign made by the Management.
  3. Campaign Mechanics:
    a) All the digital vouchers can be viewed and downloaded at https://smilewithanchor.com
    b) Each patron/diner can only download ONE (1) digital vouchers from each brand during the Campaign period.
    c) Downloaded digital vouchers will be sent to your registered email/mobile phone.
    d) Patron/diner to present the digital vouchers to the outlet when making payment.
  4. Voucher Terms & Conditions:
    a) All digital vouchers are on first come first serve basis, subject to the digital vouchers’s availability during the Campaign Period.
    b) This digital vouchers is redeemable at Anchor Legendairy’s Smile With Anchor participating outlets only. Not valid at any other outlets.
    c) This digital vouchers can only be redeemed once.
    d) Combined digital vouchers in a single receipt and split bills are not allowed.
    e) The digital vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash and may be subject to availability and while stocks last.
    f) All digital vouchers will expire 1 month after downloaded. Strictly no extension of the expiry will be allowed.
    g) The Management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
    h) The Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen of the digital vouchers, no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
    i) Digital vouchers cannot be redeemed to purchase gift cards.
    j)  Not applicable for online purchase.
    k) The Management reserves the right to disqualify any download that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Campaign including entry submitted with incomplete, invalid, or incorrect information.
    l) The Management reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms.
